Sac Gamers Expo Sponsorship Program
We’re excited to offer a variety of sponsorship levels and options, which can enable any organization a chance to be featured in a variety of ways, while helping Sac Gamers Expo continue to deliver the best possible event experience for our attendees. In-kind sponsorships (the providing of goods or services in lieu of monetary support) will also be considered as the expo’s various needs and requirements are being met. 100% of every sponsorship dollar received goes directly to supporting the costs related to the unique activity being sponsored.

Attendee Wrist Band Sponsor $300 - Your business name will be included on ALL the attendee wrist bands! We can add a QR code for your business onto the wristbands. If you would like to use the wristbands as a discount coupon for your store just let us know! Your business logo will be on our website for 1 year, you will receive a shout-out across all of our social media platforms, and your business will be highlighted by our announcer, live, during Sac Gamers Expo!
Tournament Stage Sponsor $300 - You will be able to hang your provided signage on the tournament stage (stand must be included unless your sign can stay on the wall with blue tape). Everyone that plays in our tournaments will know that your business made our tournaments possible! Your business logo will be on our website for 1 year, you will receive a shout-out across all of our social media platforms, and your business will be highlighted by our announcer, live, during Sac Gamers Expo!
Panel Room Sponsor $300 - You will be able to hang your provided signage inside the panel room itself (stand must be included unless your sign can stay on the wall with blue tape). Your banner will be displayed during all of the panels and workshops that take place both days in that room! Your business logo will be on our website for 1 year, you will receive a shout-out across all of our social media platforms, and your business will be highlighted by our announcer, live, during Sac Gamers Expo!
Gaming Lounge Sponsor $400 - You will be able to hang your provided signage by the gaming lounge entrance and/or inside the gaming lounge itself (stand must be included unless your sign can stay on the wall with blue tape). Everyone that comes to enjoy the free games to play in our lounge will know that your business made this room possible! Your business logo will be on our website for 1 year, you will receive a shout-out across all of our social media platforms, and your business will be highlighted by our announcer, live, during Sac Gamers Expo!
Museum Sponsor $400 - You will be able to hang your provided signage by the museum entrance and/or inside the exhibit itself (stand must be included unless your sign can stay on the wall with blue tape). Your business logo will be on our website for 1 year, you will receive a shout-out across all of our social media platforms, and your business will be highlighted by our announcer, live, during Sac Gamers Expo!

Online Sponsor $150 - Your business logo will be on our website for 1 year and you will receive a shout-out across all of our social media platforms!
Panel Giveaways - Several of our panels this year feature interactive elements and opportunities for giveaways. Any organization providing giveaways for our panels will receive a shout-out across all of our social media platforms, and your business will be highlighted by our announcer, live, during Sac Gamers Expo! Giveaways considered should be gaming related, but can be as simple as a discount coupon to your booth on the vendor floor or retail business. If you’re curious about this option at all, please ask! We’re confident that any group can comfortably sponsor at this level, and we’d be happy to work with any interested organizations to make it happen. If you are going to give us a donation for us to give out during the panels, please let us know via email!
Tournament Prizes - We are looking for donations to give out as tournament prizes for our tournament winners. Any organization providing prizes for our tournaments equalling over $150 in value (and the prizes are approved), will receive a shout-out across all of our social media platforms, Your business logo will be on our website for 1 year, and your business will be highlighted by our announcer, live, during Sac Gamers Expo! If you’re curious about this option at all, please ask! We’re confident that any group can comfortably sponsor at this level, and we’d be happy to work with any interested organizations to make it happen. If you are going to give us a donation for us to use as prize support for our tournaments, please let us know!
